We ship every order with care. No hidden fees. No surprises at checkout.
The short version
Free shipping on all US orders. No minimum. International orders ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in 7–15 business days depending on your location. Tracking included on every order.
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
If you place an order on a Friday evening, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be processed the following Monday.
You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

International shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay — no surprises.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Most orders arrive within the shorter end of these ranges. Occasionally, customs clearance or carrier delays may extend delivery — this is outside our control but we'll keep you informed.
Order tracking
Every order includes tracking — domestic and international. Here's how it works:
- Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package
- Tracking may take 2–3 days to update after you receive the email — this is normal and doesn't mean your order is stuck
- You can also track your order anytime at recorvewellness.com by clicking "Track my order" or by replying to your confirmation email
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, email us at support@recorvewellness.com and we'll investigate immediately.
Customs and duties (international orders)
For orders outside the United States, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined and collected by your country's customs authority — not by Recorvé.
We cannot predict or control these charges, and they are the responsibility of the recipient. The shipping fee you pay at checkout covers shipping only — it does not include any customs duties or import taxes your country may charge.
We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering if this is a concern.
What happens after I order?
Here's the timeline you can expect:
Day 1–2 — We process and prepare your order Day 2–3 — Your order is handed to our shipping partner and you receive a tracking email Day 3–5 — Tracking begins updating (there's often a short delay before the first scan — this is normal) Day 7–15 — Your order arrives (US orders on the shorter end, international on the longer end)
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes. Just enter your P.O. box address as your shipping address at checkout. Delivery times may be slightly longer than standard addresses.
Shipping to APO/FPO addresses
We ship to APO and FPO military addresses within the United States at no additional cost. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for delivery to military addresses.
Multiple items in one order
If you order multiple products, they may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. Each package will have its own tracking number. You'll receive a tracking email for each shipment.
For international orders, you pay one flat shipping rate regardless of how many items you order — we don't charge per item.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
If you realise you entered the wrong address, email us at support@recorvewellness.com as soon as possible. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we can update it. If it's already in transit, we'll do our best to help but cannot guarantee a redirect.
Delayed or missing orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window:
- Check your tracking link — it may show a delivery attempt or customs hold
- Check with neighbours, your building's front desk, or mailroom
- Wait 3 additional business days after the estimated delivery date (carriers sometimes run behind)
- If it still hasn't arrived, email us at support@recorvewellness.com
We'll file an investigation with the carrier. If your package is confirmed lost, we'll reship your order at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice. For international reshipped orders, we cover the shipping.
Holiday shipping
During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day), shipping carriers experience higher volumes which may add 3–5 business days to delivery times. We recommend ordering early during these periods.
We'll post any holiday shipping deadlines on our homepage and in our emails so you can plan ahead.
